Echinacea 'Julia'

Echinacea 'Julia'

Common Name: Coneflower
Named for the glowing orange Julia Butterfly, the blossoms of this fantastic new coneflower mimics its namesake.

‘Julia’ is from the same breeding lines as the new ‘Cleopatra’ Echinacea and is very similar in habit.

Glowing tangerine orange, fragrant flowers with a deep copper cone are produced on very strong, well-branched stems above a stocky clump of compact, deep green foliage. As the flowers broaden and age, they lighten a bit to golden orange. These impressive flowers with horizontally held petals measure a full 4” across—an incredibly large flower for such a compact plant.

‘Julia’ will look fantastic in a pot at retail and it has a lovely cultivated look for today’s discriminating home gardeners.
